Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in the façade and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying upcoming projects, establishing connections with builders, architects, and contractors, and tracking project progress from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track upcoming construction and façade-related projects (commercial, residential, and institutional).
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and contractors.
• Generate new business leads through project visits and industry networking.
• Follow up on project requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and material supply.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and trends.
• Maintain project data and submit regular reports on project tracking and visits.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in façade, tiles, glass, or exterior building materials industry.
• Strong market research and project tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi, and Kannada ).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Must have a two-wheeler for local travel.
