Job Description
Key Responsibilities
o Visit residential apartments and interact directly with potential
customers.
o Understand customer needs and explain how BB Daily services can
simplify their daily essentials.
o Promote the BB Daily App and guide customers through the subscription
process.
o Drive customer acquisition through BTL (Below The Line) activities such
as door-to-door campaigns and local outreach.
o Conduct daily appointments and follow-up sessions to convert leads into
subscribers.
o Gain in-depth understanding of BB Daily’s services and offerings.
o Clearly communicate service benefits and address customer queries with
confidence.
o Analyze customer lifestyle and consumption habits to tailor subscription
recommendations.
o Explain the drawbacks of traditional daily procurement and position BB
Daily as a smart solution.
o Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
o Address service-related concerns and coordinate with internal teams for
resolution.
o Maintain punctuality and a well-groomed, professional appearance
during customer visits.
o Represent the brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
o Handle customer objections tactfully and persuasively.
o Apply sales techniques to meet and exceed monthly subscription targets.
