Sales Executive

To act as the primary point of contact for all potential customers. You will convert incoming interest (via phone and live chat) into successful sales by providing expert product knowledge and a seamless onboarding experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion: Manage all inbound sales inquiries via phone and chat, turning prospects into active Bakeyy users.
• Real-time Support: Provide instant, accurate responses to product and pricing questions on live chat.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the caller's specific needs and recommend the right Bakeyy solutions/packages.
• CRM Management: Log every interaction accurately to ensure the Operations team has the data they need for fulfillment.
• Follow-ups: Re-engage with "warm" leads who started a chat but didn't complete a purchase.
• RequirementsMulti-tasking Pro: Ability to handle multiple chat windows while maintaining a professional phone presence.
• Fast Typer: High WPM (Words Per Minute) with perfect grammar and a "helpful" tone.
• Persuasive Communicator: Natural ability to build rapport quickly over a voice call.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Intercom, WhatsApp Business, Zendesk, or similar e-commerce chat tools.
