LOCATION: Bengaluru

SALARY: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA (Fixed) + Uncapped Performance Incentives

WORK SCHEDULE: 5 Days Working (Fixed Offs)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (Strict Adherence)

• EDUCATION: Must be a Graduate (No Undergraduates)
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales & Marketing
• CAREER GAP: Maximum 2 months of career gap allowed
• AGE LIMIT: Maximum 28 years
• MOBILITY: Must own a personal vehicle (Mandatory for site visits)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• LEAD MANAGEMENT: Call company-provided leads to qualify potential buyers.
• CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to build rapport.
• SITE VISITS: Lead physical project tours and showcase property value.
• SALES CONVERSION: Manage the entire funnel from initial outreach to closing.
• PIPELINE MANAGEMENT: Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure high conversion.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• GRIT: A target-driven mindset with a strong ability to handle objections.
• COMMUNICATION: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; Kannada is a plus.
