Job Description: Jewellery Sales Professional

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Sales- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism

- Understand customer needs, occasions, and preferences

- Recommend jewellery pieces aligned with client style and requirements

- Drive sales through genuine engagement and relationship-building

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Product Knowledge- Learn and present diamonds, gold, polki, and temple jewellery

- Explain purity, certification, and craftsmanship

- Guide clients on styling, usage, and care

Store Presentation- Maintain high standards of display and showroom hygiene

- Handle jewellery with care and present impeccably

- Maintain grooming as per brand standards

Operations & Teamwork- Assist with billing, stock handling, and documentation

- Work with team for smooth operations

- Participate in trainings and product briefings

Requirements- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Degree preferred)

- Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (jewellery/luxury preferred)

- Strong English communication (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil is a plus)

- Passion for sales and client interaction

- Positive attitude and team player

- Willing to work in Bangalore (Sadashivanagar)

Compensation- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience)

- Incentives: Performance-based incentives post sale of over 10 lakhs
