Responsibilities:

• Greet customers entering the store and assist them with their purchases.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling & networking

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate products and services.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Present, promote, and sell products using solid selling skills to existing and prospective customers.

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the jewellery industry.

• Prepare reports on sales activities, sales targets, and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the jewelry industry.

• Strong knowledge of jeweler products and market trends.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
