Job Title: Sales Officer – Mortgage Sales

Location: Across Bangalore

Experience: 0–3 years

Salary: 2.85 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Map assigned areas and identify new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with sources and customers.

Prepare and maintain daily sales reports in prescribed formats.

Recruit and manage channel partners as required.

Attend daily team huddles and share progress updates.

Ensure complete and accurate submission of application forms and documents.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate from any stream.

Basic knowledge of sales, preferably in banking/financial products.

Experience in cross-selling multiple products is an advantage.

Willingness to travel; driving skills preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
