Job Description
Job: Kannada Tele Sales / Telemarketing / Telecaller Executive
Location: Relocation to Vijayawada required
Requirements:
- Fluent in Kannada, Telugu & English
- Good communication, presentation & persuasive skills
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales OR freshers with strong convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset with intention to work long-term
- Telesales/telemarketing experience is a plus
Role: Outbound calls, lead generation, achieving sales targets
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 fixed
- Experienced: Salary based on last drawn + percentage hike based on interview performance
