Job Description: Sales Executive / Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will represent our company’s products/services and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and strategic sales techniques.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports, proposals, and quotations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to improve customer experience.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in sales (industry-specific experience is a plus).

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
