Job Title:Sales Executive – Retail Shoe Store (Male/Female)

Location:Budigere, Bengaluru

Company: Our store features international brands like Adidas, Asics, Nike, Puma, and Skechers, along with their latest athletic wear collections.

Role Overview:We’re looking for customer-focused Sales Executives (Male/Female) to join our retail store in Budigere.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, approachable, and passionate about sales and customer service.

You’ll help customers find the perfect fit, maintain store standards, and drive daily sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear and accessories.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock organization.
• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.
• Manage customer queries and feedback politely and efficiently.
• Stay updated on new collections, offers, and promotions.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Requirements:1–3 years of retail sales experience (footwear, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (Kannada is an advantage).
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing/POS operations.
• Willingness to work on weekends and flexible shifts.
