Sales Executive

We’re looking for an energetic and people-loving Sales Executive to drive revenue and customer engagement at our gaming arcade. If you enjoy lively environments, love games, and can turn walk-ins into loyal players, this role is your arena.

 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in customers, explaining arcade games, offers, and packages
• Drive sales of gaming packages, memberships, birthday/event bookings, and add-ons
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Promote special offers, tournaments, and seasonal campaigns
• Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback with professionalism
• Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth customer experience
• Maintain records of sales, leads, and repeat customers
• Upsell food, beverages, and premium gaming experiences where applicable
• Assist in organizing events, group bookings, and corporate tie-ups
