Job Summary

EcoWell India is looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to promote and sell our range of RO Water Purifiers and Water Softeners (Domestic & Commercial). The ideal candidate should be energetic, field-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of driving sales through direct customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features & benefits to customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
  • Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth order fulfillment

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 0–5 years in field sales (Freshers can apply)
  • Language: Kannada must (Hindi/English preferred)
  • Vehicle: Two-wheeler mandatory (with valid driving license)
  • Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Customer handling ability
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic smartphone usage (apps, reporting, WhatsApp, etc.)

Preferred Background

  • Experience in RO, water purifier, home appliances, FMCG, real estate, telecom, or field sales
  • Local area knowledge of Bangalore
