Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify new opportunities. - Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new business avenues.
- Reporting: Accurately track sales activities, pipeline data, and customer interactions using our CRM software [e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot].
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and provide customer feedback for product improvements.
- Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: [e.g., 2–4 years] of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in [insert specific industry, e.g., B2B SaaS, healthcare, real estate] is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
