Job Summary

We are hiring Real Estate Sales Executives with mandatory real estate sales experience and Kannada language proficiency to drive property/plot sales in the Bangalore market. Candidates must have strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with proven success in handling residential or plot sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and convert them into successful property sales.

Handle client calls, inquiries, and arrange site visits.

Present project details and explain benefits to clients in Kannada and English.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral sales.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Mandatory real estate sales experience – minimum 1 to 3 years.

Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).

Good communication in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Knowledge of plot sales / residential property sales in Bangalore.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
