We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive responsible for generating leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities, handling client inquiries, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable properties. The role involves conducting site visits, presenting properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth coordination with legal and finance teams for successful closures. The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, basic knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships. A bachelor’s degree and prior sales experience are preferred, along with proficiency in basic computer tools.
