Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of exterior products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective clients (builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, homeowners, etc.) to pitch exterior products
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely product delivery and installation
• Collect customer feedback and provide after-sales support when required
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of field sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Must own a 2-wheeler and have a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel locally/within assigned territory
