Role Overview

We are looking for a Course Sales Consultant who is fluent in Tamil to connect with potential leads, explain our courses, and convert them into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential leads.
• Clearly explain our courses, benefits, and career opportunities in Tamil.
• Understand student needs and guide them to the right course.
• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested leads to ensure successful conversion to sales.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil (mandatory).
• Strong sales, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical courses thoroughly.
• Prior experience in tele-sales, education counseling, or inside sales is a plus.
