Are you passionate about fitness and driven by results?


We’re looking for energetic, goal-orientated fitness consultants who can inspire people to start their fitness journey while helping our centres achieve excellence in member engagement and sales performance.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation: Proactively search for and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach activities.


Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored product/service solutions.


Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value proposition of the product/service.


Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details to close deals while maximising profitability.


Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Sales Pipeline Management: Track sales progress using CRM systems, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively manage the pipeline.


Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.


Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics, and provide insights to optimise sales strategies.


Required Skills


Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication for effective presentations and client engagement.


Persuasive Selling: Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions to influence purchasing decisions.


Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.


Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the industry, competitor landscape, and market trends.


Sales Process Expertise: Familiarity with the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.


CRM Proficiency: Ability to use CRM tools efficiently to manage customer information and monitor sales activities.


Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset to study sales data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
