Role Overview

As a Hospital Discharge Sales & Coordination Executive, you will be the on-ground face of Aldun at partner hospitals. Your primary responsibility is to ensure timely and smooth discharge for insurance patients by coordinating with hospital staff, patients, families. You’ll also play a key role in nurturing hospital relationships and ensuring high service standards that align with Aldun’s premium patient experience.



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for insurance patient discharge at the hospital.
  • Proactively manage and reduce patient wait times during discharge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administration and key personnel.
  • Provide daily updates to Aldun management on operations, escalations, and patient flow.
  • Identify and act on upsell/cross-sell opportunities or value-add services where applicable.
  • Ensure all discharge-related documents are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.
  • Represent Aldun's brand in a professional, caring, and service-oriented manner.



Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospital coordination, insurance processing, or patient care services (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure hospital environment.
  • Customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, insurance documentation, or TPA coordination is a plus.
