Sales Executive

Job Description

1. You are going to take care both sales plus Operations work of the centers

2. Interact with walk-ins and prospective clients (Improve conversions by 5-6% MOM).

3. Timely Opening and Closing of the centers

4. Inventory management: Ensure inventory of essentials, supplies and equipment,

responsible for both stocking and re-ordering (first-aid, stationary, water, accessories etc.)

(Reduce the opex cost by 8-10% MOM)

5. Ensuring punctuality of Coaches and slots on time.

6. Handle issues with respect to attendance, equipment, and space availability.

7. Customer interactions and troubleshooting (Rating of 4.67+)

8. Take feedback from members and partners about classes and document the same.

9. Handle issues that may lead to consumer experience during or pre/post class

10. Centre facility audits and inputs (Cleanliness- Safety Audit checklist) Quality score to

be 95+

11. Ensure that we do daily audits of the center and facility including all supplies and

essentials.
