🎯 Key Responsibilities

 Promote and sell Mahindra Personal Vehicles through field visits and showroom walk-ins

 Identify prospective buyers via cold calls, referrals, and leads

 Explain features, variants, finance options, and accessories to customers

 Arrange vehicle demos, test drives, and coordinate timely delivery

 Build strong rapport with customers for repeat business and referrals

 Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports

📊 Skills Required

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 Confident in approaching customers and handling objections

 Passion for cars, sales, and the automotive industry

 Good understanding of vehicle features and competitive offerings

✅ Eligibility Criteria

 Qualification: PUC / Any Degree

 Experience: 0.6 – 3 years in automotive or B2C sales (preferred)

 Two-wheeler and valid DL mandatory

 Local language fluency is essential
