Role Overview:
The Tele-Sales Executive is responsible for calling potential customers, educating them about real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits. The role focuses on handling inquiries, follow-ups, and converting interested prospects into confirmed appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers from the lead database.
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and features clearly.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and urgency.
- Schedule site visits and ensure the sales team receives complete lead information.
- Follow up regularly with warm and interested leads.
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and reports in CRM.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of real estate (training can be provided).
- Ability to convince, handle objections, and engage customers.
- Good follow-up discipline and time management.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, email).
Qualifications
- Any graduate or 12th pass with good communication.
- Experience in tele-sales, real estate, insurance, or call centers preferred.
- Freshers with confidence may apply.
