Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Initial Client Interaction

Sales & Communication Skills
– Engage with inbound and outbound leads generated through approved
channels, initiate first-level client conversations, understand basic business context and IP requirements, and position Trumarx
services effectively.
– Conduct structured discussions to assess client needs, explain
relevant IP services, processes, timelines, and value propositions in simple and clear language, and deliver solution-oriented
sales pitches.
– Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed clients through disciplined follow-ups,
objection handling, pricing alignment, and coordination with seniors for complex or high-value matters.
– Maintain accurate records of leads, discussions, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM
systems and internal trackers to ensure pipeline hygiene, visibility, and zero lead leakage.
– Act as the coordination link between Sales, Legal, Paralegal, and
Operations teams by ensuring proper handover after client onboarding, including proposal confirmation, document collection,
payment verification, service initiation, and clarification of client inputs when required.
– Maintain professional and timely communication with clients during
pre-sales and onboarding stages, address queries, manage expectations, and contribute to a smooth and positive client
experience.
– Update daily sales activities, follow-ups, and closures in assigned reports, support
weekly and monthly performance reviews, and align individual output with team targets.
– Ensure all sales activities strictly adhere to approved sales scripts, documentation formats, CRM
protocols, pricing guidelines, and internal SOPs without deviation.
Skills & Qualifications
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (service-based industry preferred).
