Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in promoting building materials to architects, builders, and contractors, with a focus on architectural walling, roofing, and railing solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and consultants.
  • Generate new business opportunities through project tracking, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Present and promote the company’s range of architectural solutions to design professionals.
  • Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to provide project-specific solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle — from lead generation to order closure and after-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of building materials / façade / architectural products.
  • Proven network among architects, interior designers, and builders in Karnataka region.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand architectural drawings and material specifications.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
