Job Description

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Salary Range: 18k-20k(fixed pay+ performance based incentives)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Welcome and engage customers in the showroom or via digital channels.
  • Understand customer needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and feature demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for units, revenue, and accessories.

Sales Process Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: inquiry → lead qualification → negotiation → finance/insurance coordination → delivery.
  • Prepare and process sales documents, purchase agreements, and registration requirements.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to offer loans, lease plans, and insurance packages.

Customer Service

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and after-sales coordination.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a positive buying experience and contribute to customer satisfaction (CSI).

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on vehicle models, specifications, features, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Understand competitor models and market trends to effectively position dealership offerings.

Reporting & Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, test drives, sales pipeline, and closing ratios.
  • Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or related retail sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Basic understanding of automotive technology and financing options.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software.
  • Valid driver’s license.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with premium/luxury automotive brands (optional based on dealership).
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Certification in automotive sales or customer service is a plus.
