Sales Executive

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Executive to sell technical maternity and newborn products such as breast pumps, nipple care products, strollers, car seats, sterilizers, and feeding solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features and safety aspects, and guiding parents to make the right purchase.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist expecting and new parents in selecting technical baby and maternity products
• Demonstrate and explain products like breast pumps, strollers, car seats, sterilizers, and feeding accessories
• Educate customers on usage, safety standards, and maintenance
• Handle product comparisons and address customer concerns confidently
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability
• Coordinate with the back-office team for billing and inventory updates
• Provide after-sales support and basic product guidance
