Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining and growing existing accounts, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, they will collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
● Responsible for making outbound calls to manage and convert leads
● Be an interface between Sri Sales management and the prospective candidates and provide in-depth information to prospective learners, including counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media.
● Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue and enrollments.
● Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
● Be responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management.
● Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Manager in order to optimize lead closure.
● Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded.
Skill Required:
● Proven experience in Inside Sales using cold or warm leads
● Ability to connect with the customer and try to offer the best solution for their career. Customer needs first!
● High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and time management
● Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels
● Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & and face-to-face).
● Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers
● Strong in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
