Job Description
Identify, prospect, and generate new leads for residential and/or commercial properties
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales successfully
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners
Prepare and manage sales documentation, agreements, and contracts
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions
