About the Role

The Sales Executive / Inside Sales professional is responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales over phone, email, and digital channels. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth while working closely with the sales and marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain sales pipelines.
  • Conduct research to understand target markets, competitors, and client needs.

Sales Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce products or services.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and business challenges.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain value propositions effectively.

Closing Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with management or account teams.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for leadership.

Customer Service & Retention

  • Address client queries, concerns, or issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Support customer success initiatives to retain and grow accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
