Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential customers (SMEs, enterprises, or specific industries)
• Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads
• Qualify prospects based on need, budget, and decision-making power

2. Product Demonstration

• Conduct product demos tailored to client use cases
• Clearly explain features, benefits, and ROI
• Handle objections and answer queries confidently

3. Sales Pipeline Management

• Maintain and update CRM regularly
• Track leads from first contact to closure
• Forecast sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Ensure smooth onboarding handover to customer success team
• Upsell and cross-sell additional features or plans

5. Negotiation & Closing

• Prepare proposals and pricing discussions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
• Ensure all compliance and documentation is completed

6. Market & Product Understanding

• Stay updated on competitors and industry trends
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
• Suggest improvements based on customer interactions
