Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Projects

Location: Yelahanka new town

About Us: INNOV8 Interiors is a design-and-build interior solutions firm specializing in turnkey projects for hotels, hospitals, premium residences, commercial, and office spaces. We are known for quality craftsmanship, on-time delivery, and customized solutions that meet the highest standards.

We are expanding and looking for dynamic, motivated Field Sales Executives to drive growth by identifying and converting high-value interior project leads in key sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential clients (builders, architects, hotel/hospital management, commercial space owners, etc.)
  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through field visits, networking, and calling.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior solutions in coordination with the design & technical team
  • Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into projects
  • Maintain and update client interaction records, site visit reports, and sales tracking sheets
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business development strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Ability to understand interior project workflows and timelines
  • Fluent in English and regional language
