Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive- Real Estate to join a fast-growing Real Estate Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting real estate projects, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through site visits, calls, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Handle incoming inquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
• Present and promote residential real estate projects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct site visits with clients.
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and closing terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 1 - 3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers may apply for junior roles).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage.
