Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their furniture requirements, showcasing products, and closing sales professionally. The role requires excellent communication, product knowledge, and a passion for helping customers choose high-quality furniture for their homes or offices.

•  Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and understand their furniture requirements.
• Showcase rosewood and teakwood furniture including sofas, cots, dining sets, diwans, and custom products.
• Provide detailed product information, pricing, materials, and customization options.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangement, and product presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries in store, via phone, or WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the production team for custom orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain sales records and daily reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
