Job Description

Industry: Elevator, Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical ● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives for new equipment, modernization, and service contracts. ● Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and partnering with contractors, consultants, and developers. ● Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and real estate developers. ● Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. ● Manage a team of sales executives ● Handle B2B & B2C Sales ● Pre-qualify opportunities based on technical feasibility, project size, and customer profile. ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator and escalator sector ● Follow up with clients to negotiate and close deals within defined timelines. ● Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams
