Job Description
- 1. Lead Generation & ProspectingGenerate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, channel partners, site walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Maintain and update the CRM with daily lead activities.
- 2. Client HandlingContact potential buyers, understand their requirements, and propose suitable property options.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents.
- Give professional guidance to customers regarding buying decisions.
- 3. Sales ClosureNegotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals.
- Follow up with clients until booking and agreement formalities are completed.
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per milestones.
- 4. Documentation & CoordinationCoordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth documentation and customer handover.
- Maintain updated knowledge of RERA rules, property documents, and project specifications.
- 5. Market ResearchTrack competitor projects, pricing, and market demand.
- Identify new sales opportunities and suggest marketing strategies.
- 6. Reporting & TargetsAchieve monthly/quarterly booking targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on pipeline and conversions
