Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle walk-in customers, attend phone calls, reply to WhatsApp enquiries, send product photos and catalogs, take customer orders, coordinate with billing and dispatch, and do regular customer follow-ups. The candidate should have good communication skills, be friendly and presentable, and know how to use WhatsApp, smartphone, and basic computer. Experience in customer handling or sales is a plus.
