Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves direct interaction with clients, building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development


Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.


Promote and sell company products/services to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.


Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.


Client Relationship Management


Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.


Address client queries, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Collect feedback and relay market insights to management.


Market Research & Reporting


Monitor competitor activities and market trends.


Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.


Share insights with management to refine sales strategies.


Operational Support


Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.


Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).


Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [insert industry, e.g., jewellery, FMCG, finance].


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
