Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Automobile Sales Executives to join our 4-wheeler dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, assisting customers through the buying process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
- Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and insurance
- Follow up with prospective leads and maintain customer database
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth delivery
- Ensure proper documentation and timely vehicle delivery
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage referrals
- Participate in showroom events, promotions, and outdoor sales activities
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach with positive attitude
- Ability to work under sales targets and pressure
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and sales process
