Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Automobile Sales Executives to join our 4-wheeler dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, assisting customers through the buying process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
  • Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and insurance
  • Follow up with prospective leads and maintain customer database
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth delivery
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely vehicle delivery
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage referrals
  • Participate in showroom events, promotions, and outdoor sales activities
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach with positive attitude
  • Ability to work under sales targets and pressure
  • Basic knowledge of automobiles and sales process
