Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, property presentations, client relationship management, and closing sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Follow up with leads for conversion and booking closure
Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements
Coordinate with CRM and Legal teams for documentation and booking formalities
Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in CRM
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of real estate market and property sales processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer handling and convincing ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM software and property portals
Experience in lead generation and channel sales
Knowledge of home loan processes and documentation
Exposure to digital marketing lead handling
