Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet prospective customers at project sites of reputed developers.
• Handle company-generated live leads and convert inquiries into site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Conduct professional property presentations and site tours.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timely closures.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Update and manage lead information in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
• Provide post-sales assistance, including coordination for home loan processing, banking formalities, and interior services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude toward achieving 2–3 meetings per day.
