🧩 Role Overview

We’re looking for confident and energetic Sales Executives to handle inbound & outbound leads, interact with potential residents, and help them choose the right Shivani Living property. If you enjoy talking to people and closing deals, this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound sales calls

Explain Shivani Living’s offerings, pricing & amenities

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

Maintain lead follow-ups & basic CRM updates

Coordinate with the on-ground team for site visits & room availability

🧠 Requirements

1–2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / phone sales

Fluency in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Kannada / Telugu is an added advantage

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Sales-driven mindset with closure ability

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
