1. Store Operations

• Open and close the store on time
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display
• Ensure proper lighting, AC, music, and ambience
• Handle daily cash and billing systems

2. Staff Management

• Recruit, train, and guide sales staff
• Prepare duty rosters and weekly schedules
• Motivate staff to achieve targets
• Monitor attendance and discipline

3. Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain correct stock records (sizes, colors, styles)
• Avoid overstock and stock shortages
• Coordinate with distributors/suppliers
• Handle returns, damages, and transfers

4. Sales & Target Achievement

• Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Push add-on sales (socks, shoe care, insoles)
• Monitor conversion rate and average bill value
• Implement schemes, offers, and promotions
