LocationBangalore (with travel across Karnataka / South India)

Role ObjectiveTo generate business opportunities, develop client relationships, and secure interior & architectural product projects in Corporate Offices, Hospitals, Hotels and Government sector from concept stage to order closure.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Business DevelopmentIdentify and generate new leads in:

  • Corporate Offices
  • IT Parks
  • Hospitals & Healthcare facilities
  • Hotels & Hospitality projects
  • Government & PSU buildings
  • Track upcoming projects through consultants, PMC, and contractors
  • Visit project sites regularly for opportunity mapping
  • Develop strong network with decision makers
  • 2. Client Relationship ManagementMeet and coordinate with:

  • Architects
  • Interior Designers
  • Project Management Consultants (PMC)
  • Builders & Developers
  • MEP Consultants
  • Government Engineers & Officials
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions
  • Handle client queries, technical clarifications & negotiations
  • 3. Specification & Tender HandlingGet products approved in drawings & BOQ
  • Follow up for technical submittals & mockups
  • Participate in tender processes (Govt & Private)
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals
  • Coordinate for vendor registrations & approvals
  • 4. Sales ClosurePrepare quotations & cost negotiations
  • Follow up for order conversion
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
  • 5. Marketing ActivitiesConduct product seminars & lunch-and-learn presentations
  • Promote brand through architects & consultants
  • Participate in exhibitions & industry events
  • Digital lead follow-up (LinkedIn, Email campaigns)
  • 6. CoordinationCoordinate internally with:

  • Design team
  • Estimation team
  • Production team
  • Execution team
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
  • Support billing & payment follow-ups
  • Required SkillsStrong communication & presentation skills
  • Technical understanding of interior materials
  • Negotiation & relationship-building ability
  • Tender & BOQ reading capability
  • Ability to handle long project sales cycle
  • Preferred ExperienceInterior products / building materials / construction sales
  • Experience dealing with Architects & Consultants
  • Knowledge of commercial project workflow
  • Government tender exposure (preferred)
