 Achieve allocated sourcing budget (New to Bank) in terms of numbers & value daily. Area mapping of the assigned area for identifying the potential of the area. Activity based lead creation for acquisition of NTB customers. Log daily leads in the lead management system Meet minimum 10 new customers daily and record DSR (Daily Sale Report) both digitally & physically.  Smooth onboarding of new customers to bank by ensuring appropriate coordination with branch staff. Properly educate customers about scheme details / interest servicing / renewals. Maintain diary & always keep your appointed time & dates promptly. Understand products & prevailing industry practices and trends and suggest system /process changes required, to respective verticals.
