Job Description

Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Location: Office / Field (as per company requirement)

Working Hours & Shifts: Regular shift / Field-based (flexible hours; must be able to work weekends or overtime to meet targets if required)

Salary Range: Negotiable based on skills and experience + incentives

• Note: Candidates with knowledge of the precision machinery industry are preferred, especially those familiar with CNC machining centers, tool magazines, and spindles.

• Please state in the first line of your resume whether you have work experience related to CNC machining centers, tool magazines, and spindles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and field visits.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Present, promote, and explain company products/services to clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion into business.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, accounts) for smooth order processing and delivery.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers can also apply).

• Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling.

• Candidates with prior field sales experience are preferred.

 

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, CRM tools).

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
