Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through calls, emails, and online research.

• Reach out to leads and explain company projects.

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records

• Follow up with prospects and existing customers

• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly activity targets

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of sales and customer service

• Confidence in speaking with new people

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
