About the Role:

We're looking for a Sales Executive who can handle the complete sales cycle - from finding leads to closing deals. This is a hands-on sales role where you'll be doing telecalling, giving product demos, and bringing in customers.

What You'll Actually Do:

  • Lead Generation - Research and identify equipment rental businesses that need our software
  • Telecalling - Make 40-50 calls daily to prospects, qualify leads, and set up demo meetings
  • Product Demos - Give live demonstrations of Rentablez ERP to business owners and managers (online and in-person)
  • Follow-ups - Stay in touch with prospects, answer questions, send proposals, and close deals
  • Reporting - Update daily sales activities in our CRM

What We Need From You:

  • Good spoken English (you'll be talking to clients daily)
  • Comfortable with technology - you'll be showing software demos
  • Not afraid of rejection - telecalling is tough, we need someone who keeps going
  • Self-motivated - we need someone who works without constant supervision
  • Basic computer skills - Excel, email, video calls
