Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to grow our TTR & TTO ribbon consumables business in Bangalore and the surrounding region. The role focuses on developing new customers and ensuring consistent repeat orders from FMCG, pharma, food, industrial, and label printing companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sell TTR ribbons used for variable data printing on labels (barcode labels, batch coding, logistics labels, etc.).
  • Sell TTO ribbons compatible with Videojet, Domino, and Markem-Imaje printers.
  • Identify new customers across relevant industries and convert them into regular buyers.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts with consistent monthly follow-ups.
  • Conduct product trials and demonstrations at customer sites.
  • Coordinate pricing, dispatches, and support with internal teams.
  • Track competitor activity and customer consumption trends.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and maintain account hygiene.
  • Submit weekly sales, visit, and revenue reports.
  • Candidate Profile

Experience: 3–5 years of B2B field sales in industrial consumables, packaging materials, printing consumables, or coding & marking equipment.


Preferred: Background with Videojet, Domino, or Markem-Imaje or experience selling TTR/TTO ribbons.


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable with field travel and meeting monthly targets.
  • Graduate / Diploma; technical or printing background preferred but not essential.

Salary: Fixed + variable incentives based on monthly sales achievement.


  • Work Days: 6-day work week (Monday–Saturday).
