SALES GIRLS AND SALES BOYS

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Sales Girls and Boys to join our showroom team. As the face of our shop, you will help customers find the perfect sarees for their special occasions, from daily wear to grand weddings.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Greet walk-in customers and understand their preferences (color, fabric, budget, and occasion).

• Saree Draping & Display: Expertly showcase sarees by draping them or displaying the pleats and pallu to highlight the craftsmanship.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on different varieties like Kanjeevaram, Banarasi, Silk, Chiffon, etc., to explain the quality to customers.

• Sales Targets: Actively work to convert inquiries into sales and suggest matching blouses or accessories (upselling).

• Stock Maintenance: Fold and organize sarees neatly after every customer interaction to keep the counters presentable.

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Ability to speak politely and persuasively in the local language (fluency in multiple languages is a big plus).

• Presentation: Must be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable being on your feet for long hours, especially during busy festive and wedding seasons.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail or textile sales is preferred, but we welcome freshers with a passion for fashion and sales.

• Attitude: Patient, hardworking, and a team player.
