Job Description

Head of Sales

We're looking for a sharp, relentless Sales Leader who knows how to find the right prospects, build pipeline from scratch, and close high-value SaaS deals. If you've consistently turned cold outreach into revenue and can own the entire sales function — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing: Identify and research high-potential prospects across target industries. Run multi-channel cold outreach — calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Instagram DMs — to generate qualified meetings. Own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed deal. Build, manage, and scale the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiate contracts. Define and refine the sales playbook, messaging, and outreach strategy. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align positioning with market demand. Set revenue targets and be accountable for hitting them — month over month, quarter over quarter.

What You Bring: 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or solo ownership capacity. Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals through outbound prospecting. Strong command of cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, objection handling, and consultative selling. Ability to build and eventually lead a sales team as the company scales.

Bonus: Experience selling to international markets.
